Call-out fee

The $35 call-out fee covers travel inside our standard service radius and the on-site diagnosis. If you ask us not to proceed after we've seen the job, the call-out fee is still payable.

Quoting and approval

All work beyond the diagnosis is quoted on-site, in writing where the figure is material, before we begin. We don't begin work without your verbal or written approval. If the job changes mid-way, we stop and re-quote.

Payment

Card on the kerb, bank transfer same day, or invoice for established commercial accounts. We don't take cash for jobs above $500.

On-site in 30 minutes, or $20 off

For emergency callouts in inner and middle Brisbane suburbs (suburb list confirmed on the call), we aim to be at your door inside 30 minutes from acceptance of the job. If we're not, $20 is deducted from the call-out fee, applied automatically on the invoice. The promise excludes severe weather, road closures, and force majeure.

Warranty

New hardware we install carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 to 36 months). The labour we provide is warranted for 90 days against installation defects. Rekey and lockout work carries no recurring warranty: if a rekey fails within seven days through no fault of yours we'll re-pin it free.
