Fast Locksmiths is a Brisbane-owned mobile locksmith. This page sets out how we collect, use, and store information you give us when you call, send a text, email, or submit a quote request.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect: your name, phone number, email if you give us one, the suburb you're in, the job type, and any details you choose to share in the message field. We don't run third-party marketing trackers and we don't use the information for advertising.

Why we collect it

So we can quote your job, dispatch a technician, send you an invoice, and follow up on warranty matters. That's it.

How we store it

On a single operator inbox and a secure customer-records spreadsheet. We don't sell your information, we don't pass it to third parties, and we don't share it with marketing lists.

How long we keep it

For seven years from the date of the job, per Australian tax-record requirements. After that we delete it.

How to contact us
