What we'll do
We'll acknowledge inside one business day, investigate the job, and come back to you with what happened and what we'll do to put it right. If you'd prefer to escalate to an external body, the Queensland Office of Fair Trading is the next step for locksmith-related disputes.
A more formal complaints form will be added pre-launch if the operator decides one is needed. For now, direct contact is the fastest route to resolution.
