Damage-free promise
Picked, bumped, or bypassed. Drilling is a last resort.
Most Brisbane lockouts can be sorted without damaging the lock at all. We pick, bump, or bypass the cylinder, get you in, and you keep the lock you had.
If we have to drill, because the lock's already broken or it's a security cylinder we can't bypass, we tell you first. We tell you what the replacement will cost before the bit touches the metal.
No surprise charges. No nonsense.
What we don't do at 2am
Honesty about the after-hours scope.
We unlock and re-secure. We don't fit a full master-key system at midnight, and we don't do non-urgent rekeys after dark. If your locks need replacing for security reasons we'll secure the property tonight and book the proper rekey for the next day at the standard daytime rate, not the emergency rate.
